Vendor Info: Our event is designed to celebrate life, support families, and reflect the Christ-centered mission of Pregnancy Resource Center. We ask all vendors to honor this purpose through their participation, displays, products, and interactions with attendees.

Vendor Expectations

• Vendors are responsible for bringing any supplies they need unless otherwise specified, including tables, chairs, tents, displays, and electrical cords. A limited number of tables are available upon request for a $10 rental fee that will benefit the PRC.

• Vendors agree to support the mission and values of the Pregnancy Resource Center.

• Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and family-friendly manner.

• No profanity, sexually explicit material, or content that conflicts with the event's Christian, pro-life mission.

• Vendors may not distribute materials or promote products, services, organizations, or causes that conflict with the mission of the Pregnancy Resource Center.

• Political campaigning or partisan political materials are not permitted.

• Vendors may distribute literature, promotional materials, and business cards related to their organization or business, provided they are appropriate for the event.

• Vendors may not approach attendees aggressively or pressure them to purchase products, donate, sign up, or participate in an activity.

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth/table neat and attended during the event.

• Vendors must remain within their designated space and not obstruct walkways or neighboring vendors.

• Vendors may not make significant changes to their space without prior approval.

• Any food sampling or distribution must comply with applicable health and safety requirements.

• Vendors are responsible for their own personal belongings, equipment, products, and displays.

• The Pregnancy Resource Center reserves the right to decline or remove any vendor, material, product, or activity that it determines is inconsistent with the mission, values, or safety of the event.

• By participating, vendors agree to follow all event guidelines and instructions from event staff.
